Hi there,
I had the New Zealand favourite for my "dinner" tonight, I am talking about fish 'n chips. To be quite frank with you I have been eating fish 'n chips once a week and have done so since about the age of 10.
The amazing thing is as a Personal Wellness Coach I can still enjoy a treat now and again whilst maintaining my personal weight and lower BMI.
So if you are commencing on a weight management program do you have to clear the cupboards and cut out the "convenience" food altogether. From my personal experience the answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!
I started as a rather large Personal Wellness Coach newbie 3 years ago. At that time I was 125kg , stressed, always sleepy, had severe snoring problems now I am 92kg and feel 10 times better and fitter.
My weight loss did not happen overnight, but it has happened because I was persistent.
To get me started I used "a nutritional program" called the Advanced Program. The products changed my life and I continue to feed my body with nutritional products everyday, that feed my body right down to the cellular level.
